its confirm working in Delhi 100%. This is a PROXY trick wOrking Fine. Requirements for this trick:
1. Recharge 109 3g pack 300 mb data for 1 month or you can also recharge any 3g pack (3g pack required to use this trick)
2. PD PROXY VPN OR NMDVPN Steps For PD :
1.Run PD Proxy with Adminsatrator :
2.Use proxy in pd 10.10.1.100, port 9401
3.And host- Host:10.11.223.29/ X-Online-Host:10.11.223.29/
3.If U having trail account use Demoserver.
4.Wait 4 sucessful connection and Enjoy..!!
